Having spent several years working as a lawyer both in Trieste and London, I have always found it baffling how quickly people commit an often-significant part of their savings to buying a house in a foreign country. Or how little attention is given to the process of selling a property, ranging from the selection of the appropriate buyer to minimizing transaction costs, tax liabilities and contractual risks. It is hard enough to buy a property in your home country, that it seems almost impossible to deal safely and securely with an identical task abroad. 

My goal is to change all of that.
