Managing and maintaining a property from a distance can be a difficult task.

A leak can go unchecked for months, even small renovations need to be postponed until we can attend (and take up all our holidays) and preparing our holiday home in advance for our friends and family members is all but impossible.

For these and many other reasons we have designed a dedicated Property Concierge service for the owners who want to have someone on the ground looking after their property while they are away.

Our Property Concierge service includes:

• A minimum of 2 accesses or visits to the property per month. They can be used anytime during the contract period to ensure maximum flexibility (for example, there may be more visits to the apartment at the very beginning to activate the utilities or accept a delivery, and fewer later on). 
• Taking your mail from the postbox and securing it inside the apartment or in a different location of your choice.
• Representing you in the apartment block meetings (“assemblea condominiale”).;
• 3 hours of emergency assistance (your tenants and the apartment block administrator will be able to reach us directly in case of emergency).

The monthly cost for the Property Concierge service starts at € 99 (inclusive of VAT), with a minimum duration of 6 months.

This service is currently offered only within the province of Trieste, but we are planning to add additional locations later this year.
